岗位职责：
1. 参与需求调研、分析并需求归档。
2. 负责撰写专题分析报告。
3. 设计构建分析模型。
任职要求：
1．统计学、计量经济学、数学、数据挖掘等数据分析相关专业本科以上学历。
2. 4年及以上数据分析工作经验，有保险数据分析工作经验者优先；有咨询公司数据分析经验优先。
3．熟练使用SPSS、SAS、R等任意一种数据分析挖掘软件。
4. 对主成分分析、因子分析、分类聚类、关联分析、回归分析、时间序列模型、方差分解有深入了解。
5. 具有良好的数据和业务的敏感性，优秀的数据分析技能，擅长与内部及外部合作团队交流沟通，具有较好的分析总结能力和数据报告呈现能力。
