岗位职责：

1. Responsible for the integrity of data and tables in ERP system

2. Responsible for the integrity of data and tables in all integrated subsystems, which include data related to Product Specification, item text, labelling, Bill of Material and Customer Master.

3. In addition to normal Data Analyst tasks (above), the Data Analyst identifies, develops, and directs data improvement projects.

4. Must have a strong understanding of all the commercial and production processes supported, including sales order/entry, taxation, standardized buildup strategy, and market segmentation; the ERP, and its various complementary systems, interact to allow for SKU definition, scheduling/planning, product standardization/normalization, standard costing, market analysis, Accounts Receivable management,, eCommerce(where applicable), and sales order entry/invoicing.

5. Manage the customer master, ensuring data integrity for such critical areas as parenting, territory assignment, taxation, and eCommerce. Manages domain data elements that interact with CRM system as well.

6. Enforces standardization of product and nomenclature with respect to BOM components and divisional buildup strategy.

7. Maintains the tables that drive workflow in the Data Management process, including AIC routing and Part Maintenance and Creation processes.

8. Utilizes throughput metrics for queue management and ongoing process improvement and reporting.

9. Ensures all duties of this position are carried out according to safe work practices, consistent with corporate safety policy.


任职要求：

• Degree in Technical or Science based discipline;

• Minimum 5 years' working experience in manufacturing environment with relevant data process analysis experience;

• Must have experience in ERP system

• Good verbal & written communications skills;

• Proficiency in Word, Power Point, Excel etc.;

• Statistical analysis proficiency;

• Ability to work across multiple functions of business;

• Integrity, responsible and team work spirit.
